SIG Occupation Meeting, september 1st-3rd 2022, Melsbroek (BE)

Topic: Stress management in Multiple Sclerosis

Venue: National MS Center Melsbroek, Vanheylenstraat 16, 1820 Melsbroek, Belgium

Registration fees:

• RIMS-members: Free registration, but registration mandatory.
• Non-RIMS-members: 120 Euro (including welcome reception, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner on 2/9)

Hotel accomodations:

The local organizing committee has an arrangement with Thermae Boetfort in Melsbroek. It is within walking distance from the NMSC Melsbroek. Accomodation can be booked for the night from 01/09-02/09 and 02/09-03/09.

• The price for a double room is 115€ per night.
• The price for a single room is 107€ per night.

For RIMS-members, the night of the 2nd of September is paid by the organization. Any additional nights and other extras (mini bar, phone etc.) shall be settled by the participants directly to the reception of the hotel during the check out.

The rooms will be booked by the local organizers in agreement with the hotel.
