Email address: When you don't remember your registered email address please do contact the RIMS Secretariat. Be aware that an email address can only be used once!

How do I get an invoice?

There are invoices available for both payment methodes (offline bank transfer & online credit card payment).
To access or download the invoices please do follow the procedure below:

  1. Log In with your email address and password on the top right "Log-In" link on the homepage
  2. On the right side of the website a new menu, called "My Profile", will appear
  3. Click on the "My Invoices" menu item to open a list with your invoices
  4. You have access to all invoices of the last 10 years

Where do I find my membership ID?
  • Once you're logged in you can find your membership ID at the bottom of the ‘My Profile’ page.
  • Please be aware you need your membership ID to take advantage of a reduced membership fee for the RIMS Annual Conferences and RIMS Workshops and to participate in 1 of the SIG meetings.
  • You can benefit from the additional reduction if you paid your Membership Fee at the end of 2019 (after December 14) and/or in 2020 (before the start of the Annual Conference.
  • Each RIMS Member Center, benefits from 6 registrations at early bird rates for RIMS members. Individual Members, benefit from 1 registration at early bird rates for RIMS Members. Please be aware the membership ID is linked to the subscribed person and cannot be shared.

Procedure to renew or re-activate your existing Membership

  1. Log in on the home page using your registered email address and password
  2. Once you are logged in you will automatically be redirected to your 'My Profile' page. You can also return to this page using the new menu 'my profile' that appears on the right side when logged in.
  3. This page contains your subscription information, the membership plan you currently have and what its status is (active, renewal, re-activate)
  4. Press the renewal or re-activate button and complete the payment. This works in the same way when you registered for the first time.You can pay both online and offline.
    1. If you choose 'online payment', you will receive an automatic email with the request to confirm your registration by clicking a confirmation link.
    2. If you choose 'offline payment', you can pay via wire transfer. The secretariat needs to manually activate your account once payment received. Please inform the secretariat when you have completed the payment. Please, clearly mention your name as a reference when executing the wire transfer. This enables the secretariat to track your payment.

Membership Renewal 2020

RIMS is proud to represent a network of 35 Rehabilitation Centres from 14 countries, 53 Individual Members, of which 14 Student Members, from 20 countries.

Renew your Membership online now and benefit also in 2020 of the following:

  • Annual Conference at reduced registration fee
  • Join a Special Interest Group
  • Make use of the RIMS Grant Programme
  • Take advantage of the Fellowship Exchange Programme
  • Get access to Members only E-Educational Material at the RIMS website
  • Annual Conference and workshop at reduced registration fee
    • Individual members as well as a maximum of six professionals from a member centre are able to get a RIMS Annual Conference and a RIMS workshop registration fee at a special reduced member price.
  • Join a Special Interest Group
    • A number of Special Interest Groups (SIG’s) have been established. The groups meet at least once a year during RIMS annual conference. The SIG’s also organise professional annual in-between meetings, which are supported financially by RIMS.
      For SIG in-between meetings, the member centres’ professionals are offered one free hotel night and free meals for such occasions.
  • Make use of the RIMS Grant Programme
    • RIMS offers a Grant Programme to support multi-centre studies, a shared best practice network or a SIG project. RIMS supports one grant annually.
  • Take advantage of the Fellowship Exchange Programme
    • RIMS offers a Fellowship Exchange Programme to young European professionals, preferably non-doctors, to facilitate their training in MS reha­bilitation at RIMS member centres.
      The aim of the programme is to promote the multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation in MS and to encourage the exchange of information and professional growth for those working in the field of MS.
  • Get access to E-Educational Material
    • E-Education material (podcasts, meeting reports, webcasts from conference presentations and outcome measures) are available on the RIMS website and provide useful information for your research or clinical practice.
  • Publish your Abstracts on the RIMS website
    • The Executive Board adheres great important to the sharing of the latest research findings on MS Rehabilitation amongst its members. Therefore, the Board decided that the RIMS newsletter and RIMS website are platforms that can be used by the RIMS Members to publish their Abstracts. Should you have latest research findings, do send your Abstract with a link nto the publication to the RIMS Secretariat.
